How to use a reciprocating saw
A reciprocating saw is a type of machine-powered saw in which the cutting action is achieved through a push-and-pull ("reciprocating") motion of the blade.
Buy NowWHAT CAN A RECIPROCATING SAW BE USED FOR?
The reciprocating saw was originally designed as a motorized hacksaw. We use reciprocating saws to cut wood, metal, plastics and so on. A reciprocating saw's powerful cutting is better for tearing things apart rather than making precise and clean cuts.
HOW TO INSTALL THE BLADE?
DEKO reciprocating saws have a tool-free blade lock mechanism. All you need to do is to open the lock and insert a new blade. Choose a blade that's about 6 cm longer than the thickness of the material you're cutting through so the blade won't wobble around. With the saw unplugged or the battery removed, open the blade clamp, insert the blade, and release the clamp. ***Never install or change the blade while the saw is still connected to power.
CUTTING TIPS
The shoe is at the front of a reciprocating saw and it's designed to be pressed against the material you're cutting. If you use it properly, you will experience significantly less vibration, which is better than any anti-vibration technology currently available.
